I was kept upto date and informed at all times, even if there was no real status update on the anticipated vehicle delivery date. I also thought the management of expectations around the expected delivery date was well managed.

Tom looked after me from order to delivery. He honoured a deal that another dealership were difficult with, found a car in build and kept me updated. Any issues were resolved quickly and with both sides engaging in constructive discussion.

Unfortunately, a customer and their car collided with my car while it was parked unattended awaiting service. Not the fault of anyone at BMW. BMW notified me straight away and set about getting my car repaired.
