Courteous service, always offered a coffee at each visit. Given the opportunity to ask questions and felt listened too. Staff were polite and welcoming and the purchase to delivery time was short which was really helpful.

Good level of knowledge customer care and an understanding of non pressure sales which goes a long way. Taking a month to decide if my choice of car was right for me I was left alone to then return and purchase. No one likes high pressure sales

Went the extra mile, and delivered me a car ahead of that agreed time schedule, the only criticism I have That would lose half a star If it was a summer pick up was the exterior did have a large amount of watermarks/streaking at handover.

Feels like a cartel... I get my servicing done elsewhere, and still get a message saying that I need to bring the car in for an inspection. Which is then charged at £200+ ?! Madness.

The repairs have been handled well and the video inspection is great. The ladies on the reception are friendly and welcoming. I feel that I haven't had the best service from the service manager I was allocated. Disappointing.

Car serviced with no issue, however the check in process is just away to try and up sell other services and is not necessary, what is wrong with face to face contact and hand your keys to the service desk?

Unnecessary pressure tactics to have work done which isn't yet required. Work carried out isn't checked as successfully completed requiring me to return the car to the garage for further work

When I booked in I was taken to the BMW service desk, they were too busy to deal with me, then taken to Mini service desk, nobody there to assist, then I was taken back to BMW and staff checked me in via a self serve kiosk, not great!

The communication and how I was dealt with by BMW was brilliant. I was slightly annoyed that I was given a mini as a courtesy car. My understanding was that it should be fairly like for like. Going from a BMW 3 series to a mini is not.

My car came in for an MOT and a map update. The map update was unsuccessful but when I got my car back the maps were unconnected so the vehicle had to come back in a couple of days later

Car returned to factory settings after work, not a problem if I had been told. Dashcam disabled and not reconnected, nor was I told, and when I asked for instructions how to reconnect it I never got a call.

I helped Bedford when they needed me to bring back a hire car which had sold for another with short notice and very little fuss. But I don't think they was fair to not offer me a like for like screen change and put in a smaller one without asking.

This was my 2nd visit to group1 regarding issues with the EGR cooler. I cannot fault the staff who at all times were polite and my car came back clean and tidy but the EGR had not been replaced. See comments below

Given a good quality of car for the loan - nothing worse than coming in in my X5M and being given a 1 series! Thankfully got a new 5 series which was nice to 'test out' whilst mine was in for a few days. Good service advisor. Kept me up to date.

The MOT work and complimentary valet was very good. I was particularly excited to see how good the wheels/tyres looked. That's when I noticed a scrape in the paintwork on the rear drivers side, which I'm pretty sure was not there when I dropped off..

The service and communication was excellent. The car clean was not so good. It looked like the car had been cleaned blindfolded. I had to clean the car again the following day as it was that bad. Otherwise, everything was good!

Having had problems over quoted work was told a manager would call me back to resolve but that didnt happen. I had to chase to get the issues resolved. On the day i eventually had the work done the people who helped me were very professional.

Overall it was a great experience and I know there is a lot for the salesperson to go through but I think some of the paperwork and insurance packages could have been explained in more detail.
